The career.
I have worked across project and programme delivery, PMO leadership, governance, assurance and business cases in government, infrastructure, technology and financial services.
My experience includes Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva, the Home Office, the Department for Work and Pensions, Network Rail and the UK Space Agency. At Gleeds, I worked with the Government Property Agency on property transformation.
I progressed to Head of Project Management, Head of PMO and Associate Director. I have rebuilt PMO capability, developed major business cases and led delivery and assurance across programmes valued at more than £1 billion.
I also built a global project management practice from zero to more than 60 people across 4 countries.
Alongside my career, I have built businesses across agriculture, retail, ecommerce, training and consultancy. That commercial experience shaped how I think about projects.
Delivery is not the objective. Organisational and commercial value is.
